There is no subscription and no commission. Registration takes about five minutes across three steps, and this guide covers each one.
Before you start
You can register in either place, and both work identically:
- The Android app, from Google Play.
- The website, at app.artistdiary.in, in any browser.
Step 1: Your organization details
This step covers you and your organization. Everything here appears on your public profile.

Upload a clear photo. Artists are noticeably more likely to accept connection requests from organizers whose profile looks professional.
Step 2: Your professional details
This sets your professional identity — what artists see when they find you.
- Username — required. This becomes your profile link.
- Designation — required. For example: Event Planner, Programme Organiser.
- Art form or specialization — required. The type of events or art you manage.
- About me — optional, up to 30 words.
Your username becomes a shareable profile link, which is worth putting on WhatsApp, visiting cards, and event posters.
Step 3: Your location
This sets your operating area so artists and other organizers nearby can find you.

Artists in your taluka will see you in search and can send you connection requests directly.
You're registered — start building your database
Your profile goes live immediately; there is no approval step. From here you can search for artists, send connection requests, and build your private roster from your phone.

A private database of every artist you work with. Add them, view them, and export the whole list to PDF or Excel.

Find artists by art form and location, down to taluka, and contact them directly.

Plan event travel with the artist roster, dates, destinations, and mode of transport.

Store driver name, photo, and ID for events that need vehicle entry clearance.

Both get a public profile and appear in search. Event Organizers additionally get the Artist Details database, driver details storage for logistics, and the ability to tag artists in travel plans.
Is my artist database private?
Yes. Your Artist Details database is completely private — nobody can search it or find it from outside. Only another organizer you have connected with can access it, and only after you approve that connection.
Can Event Organizers appear in search results?
Yes, just like artist profiles. Other organizers and artists can find and connect with you by searching your location or designation.
